    Responsibilities

    SUMMARY

    The Marketing Assistant supports the work of the Marketing Manager in areas related to promotional activity, donations & sponsorships, event coordination & execution, community outreach, intercompany activities, and social media marketing. This is a part-time position.

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

     

    Promotional Activity: Assist in planning and executing all promotional activity with all dealership locations.

     

    Donations & Sponsorships: Receive, coordinate, and follow up on all donation and sponsorship activity with all dealership locations.

     

    Event Coordination/Community Outreach: Communicate, plan, promote, and execute sponsorship/fundraising events with local organizations for all dealership locations.

     

    Intercompany Activity: Research, order, receive, and distribute items for all dealership locations including, but not limited to: brand apparel/merchandise, company wear, holiday meals, promotional items, funeral cards/flowers, office supplies, etc.

     

    Social Media Marketing: Work with marketing team to identify strategies and execution for promotions of relevant activities.

     

    Photography: Capture original and unique photography for promotional purposes.

     

    General Event Support: Attend and support events at all dealership locations.

     

    Other Tasks As Needed

     

    Qualifications

    Reineke Family Dealerships is seeking a part-time employee who has excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Organizational skills and knowledge in the areas of the Microsoft Office Suite and Social Media Platforms are required.
