Tiffin Ford Lincoln has an excellent opportunity for a Business Development Center Manager to join our team. The Business Development Center manager contributes to the success of the dealership by supporting the sales and service departments through the activities of the call center. This position creates a climate for customer satisfaction through clear and responsive communication.

Responsibilities

  • Supports business by meeting goals established by dealership management by providing the customer with excellent service and responsive follow up.
  • Responsible for responding to all incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and other leads on a daily basis during regular business hours.
  • Follows up on all leads with sales managers on a daily basis.
  • Able to communicate persuasively with customers to set and confirm appointments for both sales and service departments as required.
  • Responds to CSI interviews/cases for sales and service.
  • Reviews website on a weekly basis and communicates any required revisions to the appropriate departmental manager.
  • Uses dealership computer software (CRM) daily to satisfy job requirements.

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree or higher preferred.
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills required.
  • Computer software experience with MS Office necessary.
  • Strong customer service orientation essential for success.
  • Call center management experience desirable.
  • Automobile dealership experience with high line models, highly desirable.
  • Supervisory background desired.
