Responsibilities

  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss current sales promotions.
  • Create excitement and set appointments for customers.
  • Respond to inbound phone calls and internet inquiries to develop customer trust and generate customer visits to our stores.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and produce referrals.

Qualifications

  • Outgoing, enjoy helping people, and develop relationships easily.
  • Detail oriented, like proven processes, and are proficient with computers, emails, smart phones and the web.
  • Persuasive, honest and like taking the initiative to get the job done.
  • Multi-tasker that enjoys great customer service when you receive it and can provide it to others.
  • Willing to constantly invest in yourself by participating in skills and product training.
