Responsibilities

The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for all new hire orientations at all dealership locations and executing the on-boarding process as outlined by the Reineke Family Dealerships' Human Resource Department.  In conjunction with the new hire orientation process, the Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for developing and executing a plan to continuously train employees with special attention to their particular department/environment.
